Mike Dillard Is a Real Self Made Millionaire and Inspirational Entrepreneur Mentoring Success

Mike Dillard began his journey into entrepreneurship when he was in college. Like many other famous entrepreneurs, people doubted him and only offered negative feedback, telling him that he would not be able to achieve anything. At first, he thought these people may be right because it took him years to make any money at all.

Mike was bullied throughout his his earlier years in school because he was always the smallest kid in his class. He talks about how he turned those negative experiences into motivation to succeed and achieve what he has done now. His journey into entrepreneurship really started in middle school because of those painful events. The frustration that kids have can either fuel them to violence or drugs, or they use that energy to fuel a drive to succeed and prove their own self worth. Mike charged forward with wanting to succeed and have fun doing it.

“I got my first taste of entrepreneurship when I was in college through a network marketing company. Five years later, I had yet to make a dime. I was beyond frustrated because other people were succeeding all around me, and I couldn’t figure out why I was struggling. What turned things around immensely for Mike was finding the right mentor to help him. His mentor was able to guide him towards the right path and to steer him away from the idea of “get-rich-quick” opportunities.” Mike says.

One of the main reasons that he started Mike Dillard Mentoring was because he had a mentor that changed his life forever. His mentored explained to him that if he wanted become a millionaire, that he would have to become the person capable of achieving that. To achieve that kind of monetary success requires skills, along with being able to do some things better than anyone else can. Mike used that insight to begin reading every book he could on business so that he could increase his skills and knowledge. He taught himself all the intricacies of internet marketing. Everything from building the websites, to generating leads that would then become sales.

“Within the next 18 months, I went from waiting tables to making 7-figures by the age of 27. After building that business up to $25,000,000 in revenue, I launched a financial education company in 2010 in order to teach the general public how to invest like the wealthy. We made over $3.2 million in revenue in our first 7 days, and 8-figures in our first year.” Mike says.

Now, Mike is in the position to give back to others.mike dillard mentoring

Today, I run MikeDillardMentoring.com, which is a 52-week long mentoring program for up-coming entrepreneurs. We take someone who’s brand new to entrepreneurship and guide them step-by-step through the entire process of building a successful 6-7 figure business. Over 30 of my colleagues who’ve built companies to more than $5 billion in combined revenue are instructors in the program, making it unlike anything else that’s ever been created.” Mike states.

Mike Dillard truly is the story of how the American Dream still exists today. He is proof that people who are willing to work hard, learn new skills, and overcome obstacles can make of themselves whatever they want to be. Sometimes new entrepreneurs just need a mentor to get them going in the right direction. Mike Dillard is the perfect person to show you the way.
